• To reset your password go to https://pt-br.facebook.com/login/identify ;
• Enter the phone number, email and any other information that is requested;
• It’s all very intuitive, follow the information on the screen.

If you still cannot recover your password, visit https://pt-br.facebook.com/login/identify .

How to delete account?

To permanently delete your account:

• From the main menu, click Account in the top right corner of Facebook.
• Select Settings & Privacy and click Settings.
• In the left column, click Your Facebook Information. In the new Pages experience, if you have access to a Facebook Page: Click Privacy and your Facebook information.
• Click Deactivation and Deletion.
• Select Delete Account and click Proceed to Account Deletion.
• Click Delete Account. Enter your password and click Next.

Only do the step by step above if you are sure you no longer want to participate in the facebook community. If you started the deletion less than 30 days ago, you can cancel it. After 30 days, the account and all information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

It can take up to 90 days after starting the deletion process to delete all the data you have posted. Although we delete this information, it is not accessible to other Facebook users.

Copies of your information may remain on backup storage after 90 days, which we use for disaster recovery, software failure or other data loss. We may also retain your information for matters such as legal issues, breaches of terms or loss prevention efforts.

If you decide to deactivate Facebook, your account will not be available to your friends, but your profile and everything on it will be saved and you will be able to access it when you log in again. 

If you delete your Facebook now, all saved data will be lost. Remember that messages exchanged on Messenger are still available to your friends and will not disappear.

It is not possible to recover your account and the process only ends a few days after the request. If you enter your profile during this period, the deletion request will be cancelled.
